Parque nacional Santa Fé

It is located in the north of Veraguas and its surface is 72 thousand 636 ha. It is characterized by having several species of orchids and trees.

Cover part of the districts of Santa Fe and Calobre and extends from the border with the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca to the border with the provinces of Colón and Coclé. They inhabit 300 species of birds,  and you can find 51.3% of the mammal species in the country.

It was founded on December 11, 2001.
